# Warranty:

This product warranty applies only for the main controller board from the AUTOMATE kit and the warranty coverage period will be 3 months from the date of purchase or date of delivery whichever is applicable.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, replace the product/component after thorough inspection. Replacement may be with a new or refurbished product/component of the same model, based on availability.
This warranty covers the defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use of the product.
The warranty shall become null and void if the enclosure of the AUTOMATE main controller board is tampered with or opened by unauthorized personnel.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the product's instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or any incidental or consequential damages.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer support team may require additional information or documentation to assess the claim, such as photographs or videos. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty service.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for warranty service. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

# Return and Replacement Policy:

Return of product is applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery whichever is applicable. Replacement of product/components is applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery whichever is applicable.
The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accessories and packaging included. If the product is found to have been damaged by the customer, a deduction may be applied from the refund amount to cover the restoration or repair costs.
We will apply a 50% deduction to the refund amount for damaged main control units, and a 25% deduction for damaged components. Also, a maximum of 25% deduction is applicable if the box packing is damaged and tampered with.
To initiate a return/replacement, the user should contact our customer support within the specified return period. The user will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Return/Replacement Eligibility:
- If the product exhibits manufacturing defect or malfunction that affects its normal operation
- If the product received differs from the one ordered
- If the product arrives damaged due to shipping
If the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason other than the above reasons, they can return it within the specified return period.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on the customer's preference and product availability.
If the product is found to have been damaged by the customer, a deduction may be applied from the refund amount to cover the restoration or repair costs. The deduction amount will be based on the extent of the damage and the estimated cost of repairs. For more details, please refer standalone Return and Replacement policy provided with the product.
If the customer opts for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs while sending the product on return or replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the replacement product to the customer.

# Limitation of Liability:

Kimu Robomatics Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product or Services including any Third-Party service integrations.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product.

# Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.

# Modifications of Terms:

Kimu Robomatics reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
